Why is the app free? What's the catch?
No catch. We build the app because we use it ourselves, and a lean architecture keeps running costs minimal. There are no ads and we never sell your data — if paid premium features arrive someday, the core stays free.
Can I export my data and leave anytime?
Yes. In Settings you can download a full CSV export of all transactions anytime, and delete your account with one button — your data is removed, no hoops to jump through.
Is Výdaje online free?
Yes. Creating an account and using the app is free, with no ads and no hidden fees. You can export all your data to CSV anytime, for free.
Do I have to connect my bank account?
No. Výdaje online doesn't connect to your bank — you enter income and expenses yourself or via recurring payments. You decide what gets recorded.
Is my data safe?
Your data is protected by your account, an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and database-level separation between users. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
Does the app work on mobile?
Yes. It runs in the browser on computer and phone, and on mobile you can add it to your home screen and use it like a regular app (PWA).
Which languages and currencies are supported?
The interface is available in Czech, English, German and Ukrainian. Supported currencies are the koruna, euro, dollar and pound — you set them on your account.
Can I try the app without signing up?
Yes. The landing page has a demo filled with sample data that you can explore without creating an account.
